What you will do

• Design and write compelling natural dialogues for characters within various business and organizational settings.
• Build gamified training using a custom-built platform to transform creative visions into interactive experiences.
• Collaborate with project managers, visual designers, and sales teams to define customer training needs and learning objectives.
• Conduct workshops and interviews with clients to identify the most effective approach for their specific learning journeys.
• Partner with commercial teams to demonstrate existing solutions and develop custom proof-of-concepts for prospective customers.
• Take an active role in the growth and development of the Boston-based team.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of and interest in pedagogical best practices.
• Solid experience in developing compelling narratives and dialogues.
• Affinity for AI-driven technologies, simulations, and prompt-based tools.
• Ability to work within project teams, managing timelines and customer expectations.
• Capability to adapt writing style to match project tone, business requirements, and learning goals.
• Excellent written and verbal English proficiency.
