TL;DR

Learner Success Coach (EdTech): Managing apprentice progress and retention through monitoring, routine reviews, and coaching support with an accent on educational mentorship and compliance. Focus on driving learner progression, embedding functional skills, and managing detailed reporting within the LMS.

Location: Home based, UK (with occasional travel to the London office)

What you will do

  • Maximize learner retention and ensure progress to target by monitoring progress and conducting routine reviews every 10-12 weeks.
  • Provide coaching support sessions and deliver detailed written feedback via the learner LMS platform.
  • Engage with employers and learners quarterly to review objectives and define plans to reinstate progress.
  • Drive progression of learning plans and ensure the completion of Functional Skills by month 6.
  • Report activity on the Aptem E-portfolio system and escalate risk factors to the Line Manager.
  • Deliver and embed essential topics including Health and Safety, Safeguarding, and Prevent.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the UK.
  • Experience in teaching, coaching, or mentoring within a relevant industry.
  • Experience within Apprenticeships or a strong understanding of the tech space.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools, Excel, MI reporting tools, and learner LMS systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
  • Solution-focused approach to problem-solving and a passion for learner support.
