What you will do
- Create, develop, and execute educational content and training programs for external customers and franchisees.
- Deliver high-quality virtual training curriculum and refresher courses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and align content with business strategy.
- Develop and pilot new delivery methods to scale education and reach more users.
- Use data and analytics to inform content development and measure program effectiveness.
- Maintain content health to ensure all resources remain up-to-date and relevant.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Education or Instructional Design.
- 2-3 years of customer service experience within a SaaS business.
- 1+ years of experience in training or certification creative and delivery.
- Proficiency in adult learning styles, principles, and methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for live and virtual presentations.
- Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail.
