Location: London, UK (Shift: Mon-Fri 17:30-21:30)

What you will do

• Facilitate classroom training following the approved curriculum and maintain theoretical proficiency in assigned modules.
• Manage the classroom environment and evaluate trainee performance daily to provide coaching and feedback.
• Handle Learning Management System (LMS) tasks, including enrollment, scheduling, and troubleshooting implementation issues.
• Collect and analyze feedback on training effectiveness through surveys and observations to share with stakeholders.
• Develop, maintain, and document new processes to continuously improve training across the global network.
• Collaborate with Training Managers to track and drive completion of training reporting and task execution.

Requirements

• Experience with Learning & Development and course facilitation or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Bachelor’s degree or significant experience in education or a related field.
• Proficiency in English verbal and written skills.
• Demonstrated experience in planning, creating, implementing, delivering, and assessing various types of training.
• Knowledge of adult learning and training practices, including experience working with remote teams.
• Competence in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Nice to have

• Proficiency in German, French, Italian, or Portuguese verbal and written skills.
• Working knowledge of eLearning development tools such as Captivate, Articulate Studio/Storyline, Camtasia, or Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator.
• Experience working with a globally-distributed management organization.
