What you will do

• Contact customers with overdue accounts to collect the overdue amount or negotiate payment plans.
• Maintain detailed records of all customer contacts and payments collected.
• Submit regular reports on unpaid account statuses and repayment progress.
• Ensure strict compliance with all federal and state rules and regulations governing collections.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Las Vegas, Nevada (Onsite/Non-remote)
• 2+ years of experience in collections.
• Prior call center experience (B2B and B2C experience is a plus).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to access systems via mobile device using biometric authentication.
