- Build and develop a high-performing team of Technical Architects

- Establish best practices for customer engagement
- Lead complex technical escalations and problem-solving initiatives
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams
Requirements
- 3-5 years of people management experience
- 8-10 years in client-facing or technology-focused roles
- Deep understanding of enterprise software implementations
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
