TL;DR

Senior Sales Executive DACH - Swiss Market (Travel SaaS): Generate new clients and own the full sales process for mid to large enterprise companies headquartered in Switzerland with an accent on product demos, negotiations, and closing deals. Focus on consulting conservative clients on digital opportunities, engaging C-level stakeholders in finance, procurement, IT, and travel management, and evaluating client infrastructure for SaaS solutions.

Location: Barcelona, Spain (hybrid: IRL-first, in-person 3 days a week, must be based within commuting distance of hubs)

What you will do

  • Target mid to large enterprises (250-5000+ employees) headquartered in Switzerland
  • Own full sales cycle: lead generation, demos, negotiations, follow-ups, and closing
  • Articulate Perk value, consult on digital opportunities, and engage C-level stakeholders
  • Evaluate client infrastructure and suggest upsell/partner ideas
  • Monitor sales performance, report analytics, and establish best practices
  • Drive team projects for business value

Requirements

  • Native German speaker and fluent in English
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
  • Hungry, ambitious, ethical, perseverant mindset
  • Customer-centric, able to work independently and as team player
  • Experience in sales to conservative enterprise clients

Nice to have

  • Fluency in French
