Focus on aligning stakeholders, forecasting procedures, training external partners, and ensuring high standards in procedural and programme development.

What you will do

  • Support Aquablation procedures in key hospitals across indirect markets.
  • Drive growth in procedures, surgeons, and patient awareness through programmes and local events.
  • Align internal stakeholders for resources to meet quarterly goals and forecasts.
  • Train external stakeholders, distributors, and healthcare professionals on messaging and materials.
  • Develop relationships with key opinion leaders, clinicians, and professional organizations.
  • Present scientific data, teach product usage during procedures, and contribute to product development feedback.

Requirements

  • Must be fluent in Spanish, Italian, French, Arabic, or German.
  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences (nursing, physician assistant, pharmacy preferred); advanced degree (MBA, MHA, M.A.Ed.) also preferred.
  • 3+ years experience in life sciences industry (clinical, business, or education).
  • Strong clinical background in urology anatomy and physiology.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and team skills; attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of regulations, guidelines, and experience developing/delivering science-based training.

  • Supervisory experience overseeing sales teams.
