Location: London, UK (in office 5 days a week)

What you will do

  • Work with Account Development Manager and cross-functional teams to create strategic targets and generate new/expansion opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed goals by engaging qualified leads and advancing the sales cycle.
  • Qualify opportunities by understanding business challenges and educating on hirify.global value.
  • Conduct detailed research on targeted accounts to identify key contacts and critical information.
  • Target new prospects to accelerate territory growth and engage marketing-identified leads.
  • Update CRM daily, self-audit activity, and master sales prospecting tools and enablement resources.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years in business development, sales, or related field
  • Fluent in French
  • Experience with lead qualification across organizational levels is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in high-energy, fast-paced sales environment.
  • Proficient with standard productivity tools.
