What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, acting as the expert for Music & Live solutions and converting leads into partnerships.
  • Collaborate with event organizers to understand needs and deliver tailored ticketing, marketing, and tech solutions.
  • Visit clients and venues to identify opportunities, deliver platform demos, and strengthen partnerships.
  • Monitor feedback and trends to drive innovation and improve offerings for customer satisfaction.
  • Make fast decisions, test ideas, and contribute to evolving sales strategies and role workflows.

Requirements

  • Experience in a commercial role, preferably in events, technology, or leisure industry
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build/maintain relationships
  • Commercial mindset with eye for client value opportunities
  • Live close to headquarters in Breda
  • Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
  • Permanent work and residence permit for the Netherlands
