What you will do
- Progress new business opportunities from inception to close in full-cycle sales.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly new business targets, self-sourcing at least 25% of pipeline.
- Take consultative approach in engagements, emphasizing business value over features.
- Lead discovery calls, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with BDRs and Customer Success Managers to prioritize opportunities.
- Maintain pipeline hygiene and forecasting in Hubspot, articulate customer feedback to product team.
- Represent at trade shows and industry events.
Requirements
- 3+ years closing new business in technology sector or complex sales cycles, with track record of achieving/exceeding quota.
- Experience in consultative selling, comfortable with 1-6 month sales cycles.
- Proven self-sourcing of sales opportunities.
- Familiarity with marketing technology sector.
- Highly effective written and oral communication.
- Naturally curious, perseverant, ownership-driven, collaborative, and continuous learner.
