Total Compensation: $140,000 – $180,000

What you will do

  • Drive revenue by outbound prospecting, nurturing leads from partnerships, inbound marketing, and SDRs, and closing deals.
  • Maximize earnings through uncapped commission, OTE, and accelerators by exceeding sales targets.
  • Tailor hirify.global's product suite to prospects using value-based selling.
  • Collaborate with sales, account management, marketing, and product teams for seamless customer solutions.
  • Develop industry expertise to prospect across sectors and provide thought leadership on trends.
  • Manage complex, quarter-long sales cycles, forecast activity, and create satisfied long-term customers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of quota-carrying sales experience with top performance record.
  • 2+ years carrying mid-market quota at a SaaS provider.
  • 1+ year managing quarter-long sales cycles, navigating organizations from managers to C-level.
  • Demonstrated ownership of territory management and leveraging internal resources (SDRs, partners, marketing).
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
