TL;DR

Sales Executive (AdTech): Driving revenue and managing the full sales cycle for managed services and self-serve solutions with an accent on programmatic advertising and agency partnerships. Focus on acquiring new clients, expanding existing relationships, and delivering measurable results through strategic consultative selling.

Location: Must be based in Canada. Hybrid in Toronto (3 days/week) if residing in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA); otherwise, fully remote.

Salary: $120,000–$145,000 plus uncapped commission.

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals with agencies and brands.
  • Sell both managed services and self-serve SaaS platform solutions to meet diverse client needs.
  • Develop new business and expand existing accounts to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Product teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
  • Provide strategic insights and innovative digital advertising solutions to prospects.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Canada with the ability to work hybrid in Toronto if located in the GTA.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in digital advertising or programmatic sales.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to create compelling pitch decks and conduct presentations.
  • Ability to travel to client sites as needed.
