What you will do

• Design and implement field marketing and event strategies across EMEA, focusing on key European markets.
• Plan and execute high-impact industry conferences, trade shows, and executive dinners to generate pipeline.
• Establish scalable event playbooks and processes to support regional growth from the ground up.
• Coordinate all aspects of event delivery, including venue sourcing, vendor management, and on-site logistics.
• Create brand-aligned marketing content and communications to drive registrations.
• Analyze event performance and oversee budgets to refine future programs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in event or field marketing, preferably in B2B or tech.
• Strong project management skills and experience managing substantial budgets.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to automate workflows and scale operations.
• Willingness to travel across EMEA.
• Founder mindset with high independence and extreme ownership.
