Salary: $194,000 - $297,000

What you will do

• Source and qualify net new Franchise partners through deep discovery.
• Sign partners and develop comprehensive GTM plans to drive growth.
• Generate revenue through strategic referrals from franchisors and franchisees.
• Educate partners on hirify.global's value proposition and product workflows.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews with key partners.
• Collaborate with marketing, growth, and product teams to drive co-marketing and inform the product roadmap.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of overall work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in Partner Sales, Business Development, or Channel Partnerships.
• Proven track record of regularly exceeding targets and quotas.
• Strong consultative selling and discovery skills to identify customer pain points.
• Affinity for and experience with AI tooling to empower work.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to New York or San Francisco.
