What you will do
- Build key relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Lead discovery calls, business reviews, and strategic executive discussions.
- Monitor customer health, usage, and satisfaction to address risks proactively.
- Develop success plans, draft proposals, and negotiate renewals/expansions.
- Collaborate with implementation and professional services teams.
- Represent at events and promote innovations.
Requirements
- Fluent written and oral English.
- Bachelor’s degree + 5 years related experience (or equivalent).
- 4+ years managing strategic accounts with proven renewals/expansion track record.
- Banking or banking software experience with operations/compliance knowledge.
- Executive relationship building and C-level maneuvering skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
- U.S. work authorization required; no sponsorship.
