What you will do
- Lead and manage the Sales Engineering team across North America, aligning with regional sales goals and company objectives.
- Coach pre-sales engineers to articulate value aligned to customer business challenges through messaging, demos, and POCs.
- Partner with sales leadership to develop strategies for new business, account expansion, and revenue growth.
- Provide technical leadership in sales processes, including solution design, demonstrations, presentations, and proofs of concept.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure offerings meet customer and market needs.
- Engage directly with customers, stay ahead of industry trends, and present as a thought leader in identity and fraud.
Requirements
- Proven history of leadership in a dynamic environment.
- Excel at technical problem-solving and building customer relationships.
- Experience leading Sales Engineering or pre-sales teams in North America.
- Deep expertise in identity, cybersecurity, and related technologies.
- Ability to drive team performance against KPIs and strategic goals.
