What you will do

  • Lead and manage the Sales Engineering team across North America, aligning with regional sales goals and company objectives.
  • Coach pre-sales engineers to articulate value aligned to customer business challenges through messaging, demos, and POCs.
  • Partner with sales leadership to develop strategies for new business, account expansion, and revenue growth.
  • Provide technical leadership in sales processes, including solution design, demonstrations, presentations, and proofs of concept.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure offerings meet customer and market needs.
  • Engage directly with customers, stay ahead of industry trends, and present as a thought leader in identity and fraud.

Requirements

  • Proven history of leadership in a dynamic environment.
  • Excel at technical problem-solving and building customer relationships.
  • Experience leading Sales Engineering or pre-sales teams in North America.
  • Deep expertise in identity, cybersecurity, and related technologies.
  • Ability to drive team performance against KPIs and strategic goals.
