Location: Remote (Must be based in the US)
Salary: $180k – $250k

What you will do
- Define and implement qualification frameworks, pipeline stages, forecasting cadence, and deal inspection rhythms.
- Co-own pipeline generation with Marketing through close collaboration on ICP definition and segmentation.
- Coach enterprise sellers through complex, multi-stakeholder deals, navigating executive alignment and financial justification.
- Personally lead engagement on strategic opportunities involving C-suite relationships and complex commercial structures.
- Deliver reliable pipeline visibility and revenue forecasts to the executive team to reduce late-stage slippage.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing sales team capable of operating in technical, ecosystem-driven markets.
Requirements
- 7+ years in B2B technology sales with 3+ years leading a team.
- Proven track record of building and scaling sales organizations in startup or early-stage environments.
- Experience in complex enterprise sales involving technical buyers and non-linear decision cycles.
- Deep familiarity with digital infrastructure, cybersecurity, or adtech.
- Strong analytical instincts for building forecasts and using data to drive decisions.
- Must be eligible for US-based employment (implied by 401k and US benefit structures).
