What you will do

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle end-to-end for customer-facing technical roles, including Customer Success and Pre-Sales.
• Build creative sourcing pipelines and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.
• Partner with technical hiring managers and team leads globally to advise on hiring strategy and compensation benchmarks.
• Develop deep domain expertise in cybersecurity, AI, and enterprise SaaS to refine recruiting strategies.
• Communicate the hirify.global mission to attract and close top-tier technical professionals.

Requirements

• 7+ years of recruiting experience with depth in technical or hybrid technical/GTM roles.
• Proven track record of hiring Sales Engineers, CSMs, or senior developers within enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity.
• Proactive sourcing skills, including the ability to review GitHub profiles and analyze technical career paths.
• Ability to communicate with credibility at the executive level.
• Experience with modern ATS and generative AI sourcing tools.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Coppell, TX.
