What you will do
- Serve as proactive technical advisor, deeply understanding customer environments to guide platform optimization and measurable outcomes.
- Develop mutual action plans to accelerate time-to-value and advance customers through product maturity stages.
- Identify high-impact use cases, provide hands-on guidance for production deployment, and optimize for expanded coverage.
- Brief customers on new capabilities like MCP and AI features, delivering tailored enablement sessions.
- Deliver best-practice recommendations, risk identification, and standardized success reporting including QBRs.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering; manage relationships from operators to executives; provide feedback via Jira.
Requirements
- 3+ years in solution delivery, customer management/consulting, or technical account management, preferably in SaaS.
- Experience in project management and enterprise customer relationships, including senior stakeholders.
- Technical background in network security, API ecosystem, AppSec, WAF, RASP, or similar; understand HTTP protocol, Postman.
- Proven track record improving retention, upsell, and satisfaction in a team setting.
- Excellent communication, time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in computer science, cybersecurity, or project management.
