What you will do

• Write compelling fundraising and organizing emails embodying client voices, adapting to various calls-to-action, and deploying effective theories of change.
• Coordinate with clients on email edits, approvals, scheduling, and provide feedback to juniors.
• Code, produce, target, test, and launch mass emails using HTML/CSS with no errors.
• Master multiple CRMs (ActionKit, BSD, Action Network, etc.), train juniors, analyze metrics, and present detailed reports to clients.
• Develop monthly content calendars and goals, conduct A/B tests, produce ActBlue pages and landing pages.
• Manage junior team members, run trainings, contribute to pitches, client onboarding, and team processes (80% client work, 20% management).

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience in email fundraising (or similar).
• Mastery of 3+ common CRMs or fundraising platforms (ActionKit, ActBlue, Blue State Digital, ActionNetwork, NationBuilder, etc.).
• Mastery of email writing for fundraising, excellent writing skills, ability to switch voice/tone per client.
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS for major email programs.
• Ability to manage large clients unassisted, enthusiasm for data/testing, attention to detail.
• Desire to fundraise for major political campaigns, nonprofits, and causes; informal/formal management experience preferred.
