TL;DR

CRM Manager (Retention Marketing): Managing and optimizing lifecycle and retention programs across Email, SMS, Push, and App with an accent on execution quality, QA oversight, and team leadership. Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 USD

What you will do

  • Execute and optimize end-to-end CRM campaigns and lifecycle journeys across Email, SMS, Push, and App.
  • Manage and coach CRM Associates by setting priorities, reviewing builds, and providing feedback.
  • Own final QA oversight and launch approval to ensure accuracy across targeting, content, and tracking.
  • Partner with Design and Coding teams to manage briefs and ensure launches are production-ready and on time.
  • Lead A/B testing and optimization efforts to improve engagement, conversion, and retention performance.
  • Analyze campaign performance and share data-driven insights and recommendations with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Iterable, Klaviyo, or Attentive.
  • At least 1 year of experience managing or mentoring junior team members.
  • Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and journey automation.
  • Proven experience owning QA processes and ensuring launch readiness.
  • Must be based in the United States

Nice to have

  • Experience in subscription, DTC, or healthcare/wellness brands.
  • Experience with CRM platform migrations or major technical initiatives.
  • Experience with dynamic content and personalization at scale.
