What you will do

• Write, design, and ship high-performing email campaigns that drive user engagement.
• Architect and own HubSpot automation for onboarding, nurture, retention, and winback workflows.
• Perform advanced audience segmentation and data-driven personalization to optimize send performance.
• Maintain strict list hygiene and ensure global compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and CAN-SPAM.
• A/B test email elements and iterate based on performance metrics and data.
• Translate technical industrial hardware specifications into benefit-driven stories for engineers and IT buyers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in email or digital marketing roles.
• Expert proficiency in HubSpot, specifically with the Design Manager.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
• Deep knowledge of global email compliance standards (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
• Ability to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with HubL, HTML, or CSS for email troubleshooting and template customization.
