What you will do

• Recruit, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for channel sales, setting goals and tracking progress.
• Drive sales performance and increase revenue through partners.
• Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to align goals.
• Manage and resolve partner conflicts while ensuring adherence to rules of engagement.
• Provide partners with technical support, marketing materials, and training.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of success selling data storage solutions in the channel.
• Experience with solution selling into large enterprise environments.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of industry and market trends.
• Experience with CRM software and sales tools.
• Authorization to work in the US is required
