What you will do

• Craft modern, engaging user experiences that solve both user and business needs.
• Organize and facilitate collaborative work sessions and design thinking exercises across multiple teams.
• Utilize user research insights and data analysis to inform design decisions and identify research gaps.
• Define interaction patterns, user flows, and complex information architecture for end-to-end user journeys.
• Generate low, medium, and high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Identify and develop toolkits and design systems to empower team members and scale the design organization.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience in a similar role or product organization.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite.
• Strong blended skill set of visual design, interaction design, and basic user research.
• Proven track record of leading style guide or design system initiatives.
• Comprehensive portfolio showcasing early concepts, iterations, user research, and performance metrics.
