Salary: $125,000 - $170,000

What you will do

• Design intuitive, high-quality, and platform-native mobile interfaces for iOS and Android.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and marketers to craft solutions for fast-evolving health initiatives.
• Conduct user testing and A/B tests to validate experience designs and inform iterative improvements.
• Drive product ideas from initial concept to final execution using systems thinking.
• Utilize AI-powered workflows to accelerate design iteration and creative exploration.

Requirements

• Compelling portfolio showcasing mobile app designs, specifically in health, wellness, or fitness.
• Deep expertise with Figma, including auto-layout, variables, and libraries.
• Strong understanding of iOS and Android design patterns to create platform-native experiences.
• Proven experience integrating AI tools into daily design workflows to increase execution speed.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and writing skills to align stakeholders.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Boston, MA.

Nice to have

• Experience working within a creative agency.
• High level of visual craft in typography, color, layout, and interaction design.
