Account Executive (SaaS)

TL;DR

Account Executive (SaaS): Activating and expanding new logo accounts on the Temporal platform with an accent on pipeline development and customer success. Focus on identifying ICP accounts, driving ARR growth, and building technical relationships with champions.

Location: Remote (Must be based in the EMEA region), focused on London, UK

Salary: £145,000 OTE

What you will do

• Activate and implement new logo accounts and manage a broad book of business.
• Identify activation and expansion opportunities to drive ARR growth within the customer base.
• Build and grow relationships with customer champions to ensure long-term success.
• Partner with product marketing to deliver tailored messaging and content for Temporal Cloud customers.
• Design and execute programs to identify and produce new customer case studies.
• Collaborate with the Start Up and Self Sign Up teams to ensure success for new logo prospects.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Sales, Customer Success, or Account Management.
• Must be based in the EMEA region to support regional customers and collaborate with teammates.
• Strong aptitude and curiosity for technical concepts, specifically databases, cloud, and infrastructure.
• Ability to work with a high level of autonomy and take full ownership of a customer portfolio.
• Experience with tooling such as Salesforce, Slack, Outreach, Gong, or CommonRoom.

• Prior professional exposure to database, cloud, and infrastructure technology.
