What you will do

  • Lead consultative, discovery-led sales conversations to identify customer challenges.
  • Design and position end-to-end D365 and Power Platform solutions.
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead qualification through to closing high-value deals.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline across mid-market and enterprise clients.
  • Develop detailed proposals, business cases, and stakeholder presentations.
  • Collaborate with presales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure solution viability.

Requirements

  • Proven experience selling Microsoft Business Applications (D365, Power Platform, Business Central, CE/CRM).
  • Strong background in consultative and solution-led sales methodologies.
  • Demonstrated track record of engaging senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Experience managing sales pipelines and closing complex deals.
  • Ability to work effectively alongside technical and delivery teams.
  • Must be based in the UK
