What you will do

• Develop enrollment strategy for PGA in China using available resources and networks.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, academic, and operations teams across countries to execute activities and bridge leads to operations.
• Set and achieve enrollment, revenue, and gross margin targets.
• Become a PGA expert and deliver internal trainings for the team.
• Organize presentations and events to promote PGA in China and elsewhere.
• Manage centralized enrollment pipeline for global students and share best practices.

Requirements

• Native Mandarin speaker with fluency in English
• Virtual education experience, preferably in a virtual school
• Understanding of US education system from professional/academic experience
• Educational sales and/or admissions experience, ideally remote
• International sales experience managing teams in multiple countries
• Remote work experience
• Must be based in mainland China
