TL;DR

Location: London, UK. Hybrid/Remote options available; willingness to travel within EMEA (up to once a month) is required.

What you will do
- Drive customer success and adoption of solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and architect solutions to meet business and security needs.
- Partner with Product, R&D, and Professional Services to ensure world-class onboarding and integrations.
- Resolve technical roadblocks and lead technical responses during incidents.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and present product roadmaps to align with customer goals.
- Conduct customer enablement sessions via webinars or in-person.
Requirements
- Technical leadership experience in B2B SaaS (Customer Success, Solution Engineering, or TAM).
- Deep knowledge of Identity and Access technologies: SSO, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, RBAC, REST APIs, and WebAuthn (FIDO2).
- Familiarity with cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Kubernetes/OpenShift.
- Ability to nurture executive-level relationships and manage cross-functional technical projects.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
