What you will do

• Lead structured deployment engagements from kickoff to handoff, including on-site workshops and hands-on configurations.
• Configure platform environments: policies, integrations, SSO/SCIM, and app management.
• Identify and resolve technical/organizational blockers to achieve adoption milestones.
• Design and refine deployment frameworks, workshop guides, playbooks, and documentation.
• Capture lessons learned and contribute to team processes and case studies.

Requirements

• 3+ years in implementation consulting, solutions engineering, technical customer success, or similar customer-facing technical role.
• Hands-on experience deploying enterprise software, ideally in security, endpoint management, or network infrastructure.
• Proven experience leveraging AI (GenAI, Agentic AI, RAG, MCP; tools like Claude, Gemini).
• Strong foundation in enterprise identity (Entra ID, Okta, Google Workspace), SSO/SAML/SCIM, browser/endpoint environments.
• Ability to lead workshops, drive decisions with stakeholders, and manage time-boxed projects.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to travel 40–60%.
