Deployment Specialist (AI)

Location: Dallas HQ, with on-site customer engagements and remote work; travel estimated at 40–60%

What you will do

• Lead structured, time-boxed deployment engagements with enterprise customers from kickoff through handoff.
• Conduct on-site workshops and hands-on configuration sessions with customer IT and security teams.
• Configure platform policies, integrations, identity systems, and application management environments.
• Identify technical and organizational blockers and drive customers toward adoption milestones.
• Design and document deployment frameworks, workshop guides, playbooks, and reusable deployment artifacts.
• Capture lessons learned, improve the operating model, and create case studies and reference documentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in implementation consulting, solutions engineering, technical customer success, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
• Hands-on experience deploying enterprise software, preferably in security, endpoint management, or network infrastructure.
• Experience with enterprise identity platforms such as Entra ID, Okta, or Google Workspace, plus SSO, SAML, and SCIM.
• Ability to lead workshops, facilitate decisions with stakeholders at all levels, and communicate technical complexity clearly.
• Structured project management skills for running time-boxed engagements with clear milestones.
• Experience using AI to accelerate work and familiarity with GenAI, Agentic AI, RAG, MCP, Claude, Gemini, or Lovable.

• Background in professional services, implementation consulting, or managed deployment programs.
• Experience building deployment frameworks, playbooks, or enablement content from scratch.
• Exposure to DLP, web filtering, zero trust, or endpoint policy management.
