Forward Deployed Strategist (Healthcare AI Automation)

Location: New York, hybrid

Base salary: $157,000–$205,000 per year

What you will do

• Analyze client revenue cycle management operations, workflows, systems, teams, and pain points to identify high-impact automation opportunities.
• Design user-centric applications and translate complex healthcare processes into repeatable solution patterns.
• Implement, configure, integrate, and adapt hirify.global healthcare solutions in health systems and payer environments.
• Iterate with end users, scale validated solutions, and establish repeatable deployment playbooks.
• Manage client relationships, adoption, project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Partner with product managers and engineering to validate hypotheses, identify product gaps, and shape the roadmap.

Requirements

• 5+ years of healthcare revenue cycle management experience at a health system, payer, EHR vendor, consulting firm, or implementation partner.
• Hands-on expertise in claims submission, denials categorization and resolution, prior authorization, charge capture, and payer policy logic.
• Direct experience implementing software solutions inside health systems or payer organizations.
• Strong understanding of technology, operational, clinical, and administrative workflows.
• Project management and customer-facing communication skills, including work with executives and end users.
• Working knowledge of HL7, FHIR, HIPAA, and CMS rules, plus comfort with ambiguity and rapid iteration.
