Principal, Strategy & Transformation (AI)

Location: Remote - USA

Base salary: $172,100–$247,500 USD per year, with potential bonus or incentive compensation, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Frame complex business problems, develop hypotheses, and drive analysis toward recommendations using AI tools, LLMs, coding agents, SQL, and Python.
• Build and iterate on analyses, models, and dashboards independently.
• Partner with sales, marketing, customer success, and other stakeholders to gather information and pressure-test hypotheses.
• Present recommendations to senior executives and manage stakeholder alignment.
• Drive cross-functional execution after recommendations are approved by maintaining context, timelines, and escalation paths.
• Coach analysts and Strategy team members on using AI to extend their output.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience after an MBA, including at least 2 years in management consulting, private equity, top-tier technology strategy or business operations, or equivalent work.
• MBA from a top-tier business school or a direct-promote consulting track record.
• Deep enterprise technology experience; cybersecurity experience is beneficial but not required.
• Hands-on, AI-fluent workflow using tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, coding agents, and analysis agents for modeling and analysis.
• Experience managing projects and large-scale transformations, leading through influence, and communicating with senior business and technical audiences.
• High ownership, strong initiative, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-moving environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Claude Code, Cursor, or ChatGPT data analysis mode to build lightweight tools and automations.
• Background in cybersecurity or another high-growth SaaS category.
