TL;DR
Senior Solution Consultant (AI): Advising enterprise customers on modernizing software development with an accent on AI-driven products, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and developer workflows. Focus on running proofs-of-concept, leading architecture and CI/CD discussions, driving adoption and expansion, and translating customer feedback into product improvements.
Location: Remote within Texas, United States
Salary: $180,000–$200,000 annual base salary, plus uncapped commission and equity.

What you will do
- Advise enterprise customers evaluating and run proofs-of-concept that demonstrate measurable business impact.
- Help customers integrate the platform into existing development environments and expand usage across teams and products.
- Lead technical discussions covering software architecture, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, APIs, microservices, and developer workflows.
- Deliver product demonstrations to senior developers, CTOs, CIOs, and other technical stakeholders.
- Build trusted-advisor relationships and serve as the technical connection between customers, Sales, Product, Engineering, and the CTO.
- Translate customer feedback into product improvements and track the pipeline to improve sales outcomes.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions consulting, solutions architecture, or technical leadership.
- Deep understanding of enterprise software development and modern engineering practices.
- Direct experience with cloud infrastructure, APIs, DevOps, CI/CD, and microservices.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to engineers and executives.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies or AI-driven products, ideally in enterprise SaaS or developer tooling.
- Experience modernizing engineering workflows and working in complex, fast-paced enterprise environments.
Nice to have
- Previous experience at Microsoft, Google, AWS, Salesforce, or an enterprise consultancy.
