What you will do

• Frame and solve high-impact strategic questions across pricing, market segments, product expansion, and defensibility.
• Conduct primary research with customers and external experts.
• Build quantitative analyses and business cases to support consequential decisions.
• Embed with teams on challenges such as lab-capacity scaling, compute strategy, and data-generation planning.
• Drive projects from problem definition through decision-making and implementation.
• Influence cross-functional teams and ensure strategic decisions are put into practice.

Requirements

• Structured, quantitative thinking and strong judgment.
• Ability to produce clear conclusions and make justified assumptions with incomplete information.
• Experience identifying useful research questions, connecting disparate data points, and extracting meaningful signals.
• Background in management consulting, venture or growth investing, quantitative research, strategy, or special projects at a high-growth technology company.
• Ability to learn technical domains quickly and influence decisions across teams.

Nice to have

• Data science or computer science experience.
• Biotech or pharmaceutical experience.
