What you will do
- Identify and map potential franchise partners, office groups, and agent networks to build a qualified pipeline.
- Drive the end-to-end partner expansion process, from initial sourcing and qualification to acquisition.
- Coordinate the onboarding and activation of new franchise members in collaboration with internal teams.
- Collect on-ground market data and partner feedback to provide actionable insights for strategy development.
- Prepare commercial package proposals and track deal progress using CRM tools.
- Monitor execution progress and ensure alignment with defined success metrics for revenue and agent growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of overall experience, with 3+ years specifically in business development, partnership management, or field sales.
- Demonstrated experience managing leads through a structured pipeline (prospecting, qualifying, and closing).
- Background in Indonesian property-tech, real estate, franchises, or classified advertising.
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce for disciplined activity logging and tracking.
- Ability to perform field-based work, including visiting partners and running in-person meetings.
- Experience synthesizing data into structured reports for stakeholders, highlighting risks and opportunities.
