General Manager (AI): Developing and executing the overall country strategy for Chile to drive B2B growth and market expansion with an accent on strategic account management and team building. Focus on scaling high-performing sales and technical teams and establishing brand presence within the Chilean market.

Location: Must be based in Chile (remote-first within the country)

What you will do

  • Develop and execute the country strategy, including sales, customer delivery, and KPI setting.
  • Lead interactions with the top 30 strategic B2B accounts in the market to reach ambitious sales targets.
  • Hire and lead the founding country team responsible for sales and implementations.
  • Define event priorities and represent the company in media appearances to increase brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with the global BD team and partner ecosystem to generate new collaborations and sales opportunities.
  • Ideate and drive strategic "big bets" within the country.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience leading teams and managing highly complex projects.
  • Professional background in consulting and sales.
  • Deep expertise in deploying technical products and solutions to enterprise clients.
  • Native speaker of the local language (Spanish).
  • Proven ability to build and scale high-performing teams.
  • Owner mentality with a hands-on approach to producing results.
