What you will do

• Partner with the CEO and CTO to drive key initiatives and organizational priorities.
• Improve communication, alignment, and collaboration across diverse teams.
• Implement processes and operating rhythms to improve execution and accountability.
• Coordinate major strategic projects, including product launches and organizational changes.
• Lead people operations, encompassing performance management and career growth frameworks.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and a resource for managers and employees.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Chief of Staff, Business Operations, or People Operations roles.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Somerville, MA.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.
• High emotional intelligence and experience managing sensitive personnel matters.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders across multiple functions.
