What you will do

• Develop and execute a multi-year growth strategy to drive MAUs and ARR in Argentina.
• Lead and coach a cross-functional team across marketing, sales, product, and content.
• Localize product, pricing, and packaging to meet the specific needs of the Argentine market.
• Manage the local marketing budget and deployment strategy in partnership with regional leads.
• Build high-value relationships with enterprise, education, government, and partnership stakeholders.
• Represent the company as a local figurehead in press, PR, and community events.

Requirements

• Must be based in Argentina.
• Proven experience growing a market, ideally as a regional GM, brand lead, or founder in a high-growth SaaS environment.
• English: C1+ proficiency required for global stakeholder communication.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on KPIs and data-driven decision-making.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in public speaking and PR.
• Deep understanding of local market dynamics across various sectors including SMBs, education, and startups.
