What you will do
- Develop and execute joint business plans with strategic partners including AWS, Databricks, and Anthropic.
- Manage partner program status, certifications, and competencies to strengthen competitive positioning.
- Orchestrate co-selling motions and lead account mapping sessions between internal sales and partner field teams.
- Drive top-of-funnel pipeline generation through joint prospecting and coordinated sales plays.
- Educate internal teams and partner stakeholders on joint value propositions and technical capabilities.
- Track partnership KPIs and lead quarterly business reviews with leadership and partner stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in partner sales, alliances management, or partner-facing GTM roles within tech or consulting.
- Proven experience managing partnerships with cloud hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) or AI/Data platforms (Databricks, Anthropic, OpenAI).
- Deep understanding of partner ecosystems, including tiering, account mapping, and field engagement models.
- Experience facilitating co-selling motions between internal sales and external partner organizations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for engaging both field AEs and executives.
- Proficiency with CRM and pipeline management tools.
