What you will do

  • Take ownership of targeted outreach to potential clients through cold calls and personalized messages.
  • Conduct discovery meetings and process analysis with key stakeholders for strong handover of qualified demo opportunities.
  • Craft tailored value propositions by understanding unique pain points across Finance, Procurement, and Sales.
  • Continuously improve outbound sales tactics independently.
  • Update commercial knowledge on P2P and O2C processes and track industry trends.
  • Prioritise complex client tasks and identify bottlenecks to advance deals.

Requirements

  • Professional fluency in English
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in STEM, Psychology, Business or similar
  • Confident picking up the phone, following scripts, and asking open-ended questions
  • Attention to detail for accurately tracking information in CRM (HubSpot)
  • Structured thinker and organised to manage day-to-day tasks
  • Resilient handling rejection through long sales cycles
  • Team player with ownership, accountability, problem-solving, and curiosity
