What you will do

• Identify, build, and scale acquisition channels like influencers, affiliates, SEO, and community platforms (Telegram, Discord, Reddit).
• Develop efficient influencer strategies with undervalued creators, performance-based partnerships, and alternative models like micro-influencers or AI-generated influencers.
• Run rapid experiments on channels, creatives, and messaging; measure and optimize for CAC, LTV, payback period; scale winners and cut losers.
• Execute SEO strategy including content development, backlinks, and technical optimization for long-term organic acquisition.
• Track performance across channels, report on ROI and player quality, align with lifecycle growth on retention.

Requirements

• 3–6 years in growth marketing, performance marketing, or acquisition roles.
• Experience with influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, SEO or organic growth.
• Strong analytical mindset; comfortable with data, Excel/Sheets required (SQL a plus).
• Deep understanding of acquisition metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI); experience running experiments and scaling channels.
• Self-starter thriving in ambiguity, commercial ROI focus, curious and experimental, scrappy operator.

• Experience in iGaming, crypto, gaming, or similar industries.
