TL;DR

Product Marketing Manager (Fintech): Driving the growth and commercialization of lending propositions in the US market with an accent on product positioning, sales enablement, and go-to-market strategy. Focus on developing compelling narratives, designing cross-channel demand generation campaigns, and equipping sales teams with high-impact collateral to convert complex B2B deals.

Location: Hybrid (New York), minimum 4 days in office required

What you will do

  • Develop differentiated positioning and value propositions for specific segments based on customer needs and market insights.
  • Execute cross-channel campaigns to generate demand and engage prospects and existing customers.
  • Design sales-led campaigns and plays to support outbound activity and large deal conversion.
  • Create high-impact sales and marketing collateral, including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and battlecards.
  • Partner with Commercial, Credit, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure messaging is accurate and commercially effective.
  • Refine positioning and GTM strategy based on performance data, market trends, and sales feedback.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in product marketing or commercial marketing within B2B, fintech, or financial services.
  • Proven ability to own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for complex products.
  • Experience working closely with sales teams to support commercial performance.
  • Ability to translate complex products and markets into clear, compelling stories.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across Sales, Product, Growth, and Compliance.
  • Must be based in New York with a minimum requirement of 4 days per week in the office.
