What you will do
- Own upper-funnel go-to-market media strategy: design, launch, and optimize campaigns across CTV, YouTube, and other top-funnel channels balancing brand storytelling and business growth.
- Advance measurement rigor with multi-touch attribution, brand lift studies, geo-holdout tests, and incrementality experiments to link upper-funnel efforts to revenue lift.
- Design and measure optimized brand marketing funnel touchpoints, mapping awareness and consideration moments for efficient audience progression to conversion.
- Optimize budget allocation using data-informed guidance and funnel diagnostics to maximize ROI across customer journey moments.
- Collaborate on brand narrative development with creative teams to ensure authentic campaigns reflecting Tilt's mission.
- Communicate insights to leadership in business terms like revenue lift and scalable growth; build scalable processes, playbooks, and standards for upper-funnel operations.
Requirements
- 6+ years in growth marketing, with significant experience leading upper-funnel marketing (CTV, YouTube, etc).
- Background from upper-funnel ad platforms (Google/YouTube, Meta, Amazon Ads, Roku, Microsoft), performance agency, or company with substantial brand marketing.
- Hands-on experience managing TV/CTV campaigns from planning, buying, optimization, to reporting.
- Proven ability to measure ROAS and incrementality in low-attribution channels; make business case for brand investment with imperfect data.
- Deep familiarity with upper-funnel platforms like YouTube and CTV measurement tools.
- Strategic thinker and executor able to lead strategy, influence stakeholders, and execute.
- Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics and Amplitude; SQL is a plus.
