Salary: $100,000 - 130,000 per year

What you will do

• Own end-to-end paid media strategy and channel roadmaps, focusing primarily on paid search.
• Analyze campaign performance using internal tools, Tableau, or Looker to inform investment decisions and prioritize high-impact initiatives.
• Lead experimentation strategy, including A/B and multivariate testing, to drive incremental improvements across core KPIs.
• Develop performance insights and recommendations, acting as a strategic thought partner to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Creative teams to enhance paid media landing pages and site experiences.
• Leverage automation and AI-driven tools to increase the efficiency and scalability of paid media processes.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience owning paid media strategy for high-volume or complex acquisition programs.
• Advanced SQL and Excel skills, with proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker.
• Strong understanding of attribution, incrementality, and measurement bias.
• Must have US work authorization; no visa sponsorship (H1-B, F-1, OPT, etc.) or corp-to-corp (C2C) available.
• Ability to adhere to the hybrid work schedule in Charlotte, NC or New York City, NY.
