Senior Product Engineer (Fullstack)

TL;DR

Senior Product Engineer (Fullstack): Building user-facing web applications, CRMs for homeownership readiness, and internal operational tools with an accent on full-stack development and data pipelines. Focus on developing greenfield applications, integrating with parent organization systems, and scaling financial prosperity tools.

Location: Must be based in the USA. Hybrid options available in Silver Spring, NYC, SF, Miami, and Denver (1-2x per week).

Salary: $150,000 - $185,000 per year + bonus

What you will do

• Own the full lifecycle of turning ideas into reality for the Rocket Ready team.
• Develop user-facing public web applications and CRMs for home ownership clients.
• Build internal tools to enhance efficiency for licensed mortgage bankers and consultants.
• Create data pipelines for receiving, enriching, and operationalizing data across the company.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and other engineering teams.
• Balance greenfield development with integration into existing parent organization systems.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in relevant software engineering projects.
• Significant professional experience with Python, React (or similar), and Postgres (or similar relational DB).
• Ability to write clean, reliable code across multiple platforms.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a focus on impacting business outcomes.
• Must be located in the USA.
