Senior Fullstack Engineer (Medtech)

Salary: $160,000 - $180,000

What you will do

• Collaborate with product and architecture teams to implement software using industrial-grade patterns and practices.
• Develop complex software systems and rapid prototypes for proof-of-concept validation.
• Design and implement data services, user interfaces, and API integration middleware.
• Participate in the ongoing refinement of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Mentor engineering peers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience implementing moderate-to-large software systems.
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, and SPA frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
• Experience with server frameworks (FastAPI, Node.js, Nest.js, or Express) and API models (OpenAPI, gRPC).
• Proven experience with compliance/regulatory obligations (HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC, ISO, or FDA).
• Knowledge of cloud hosting, IaC, CI/CD, and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
