Location: Hybrid, must be onsite in NYC 2-3 days a week

Salary: $160,000–$220,000

• Improve planning products to help users explore concepts and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate directly with customers to identify user needs and build targeted solutions.
• Develop and own features end-to-end across the full stack to deliver high-quality user experiences.
• Contribute to discussions regarding engineering best practices and system architecture.
• Build and maintain internal tools and processes to ensure high code quality and productivity.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of professional software engineering experience, preferably in full-stack development.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in NYC 2-3 days a week.
• Proven experience in user-centric product development.
• Collaborative, humble, and feedback-driven approach to engineering.

Nice to have

• Experience developing complex React applications.
• Experience with geospatial or mapping technologies.
