Salary: $150,000 – $180,000 per year

What you will do

• Design and build technology underlying alternate health plans and care experiences.
• Develop mobile apps, web applications, and APIs using React, React Native, and Python.
• Create agentic workflows utilizing machine learning models for care management and proactive interventions.
• Integrate third-party vendors and health tech innovations to expand platform functionality.
• Own projects from ideation to release, influencing both product and technical architecture.
• Recruit and mentor highly capable engineers from diverse backgrounds.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience writing production code across the full stack.
• Proven track record of designing, building, and shipping features end-to-end.
• Must be based in the United States (indicated by E-Verify and US-specific benefits).
• Ability to travel for onsite team gatherings several times a year.
• Strong commitment to collaborative engineering through mentorship and documentation.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in React, React Native, TypeScript, Python, Django, Postgres, Docker, and AWS.
• Experience with ML models and agentic workflows within the healthcare domain.
• Experience handling complex healthcare data and ETL processes.
