VP of Marketing

What you will do

• Drive product adoption and promotion through marketing campaigns, product collaboration, training, and promotional events.
• Recruit, hire, train, supervise, and evaluate Marketing team members.
• Research markets, customers, demand, and campaign effectiveness.
• Conduct sales forecasting, strategic planning, pricing analysis, and product profitability reviews.
• Develop and monitor marketing budgets and policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least three years of experience in a related field.
• Previous experience managing associates and supervising teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to create, implement, and monitor budgets.
• Understanding of methods used to promote, display, and sell products and services.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
