What you will do

• Drive product adoption and promotion through collaboration on new products, training on marketing strategies, and coordinating promotional activities or trade shows.
• Manage the marketing team including recruitment, hiring, training, daily oversight, performance evaluations, and handling discipline.
• Conduct market analytics and research to identify new markets, assess demand, evaluate campaigns, perform sales forecasting, strategic planning, pricing analysis, and financial evaluation of product development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field
• At least three years of experience in a related field
• Prior experience managing associates
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Superb organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills
• Ability to create, implement, and monitor budgets
• Understanding of principles/methods used to promote, display, and sell products and services
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
